New patient?
We are currently accepting new patients.
The condition is that you must be registered in the municipality of Voorschoten.
Applications can be made at the practice or online. An acquaintance appointment is possible.
Our healthcare team
Our practice consist of one family practitioner and usually a family practitioner trainee. The trainees remain in our practice for a year. They appear to work independently, but are reviewed and guided by Dr. Farsi and the University of Leiden.
We also have a physician nurse: Mrs. Irene van der Lugt. She mainly attends patients with chronic diseases, such as COPD/Astma, cardiovasculair problems and diabetes.
Mrs. Paula Breeman is the psychologist in our pratice.

Our office is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (8 am to 5 pm).
On Wednesday we’re also open from 18:30 to 20:30 (6:30 pm to 8:30 pm) and on Mondaymorning we start at 7.00.
When dr. Farsi is on holiday there will be another doctor in the practice available.
House calls
House calls are available to elderly patients or patients that are not well enough to visit the practice. If a house call is required, please call before 11:00 hours (11 am).
